I believe we all have spiritual guidance available to us, but sometimes we may not know how to recognize it—or we may feel disconnected from it.
During Meet Your Spirit Guides, we’ll explore who Spirit Guides are, how Spirit communicates through signs and intuition, and why our connection can sometimes feel quiet. I’ll also lead you through a gentle guided meditation to help you connect with one of your guides.
